Service Description

Session Overview: This session was designed to help parents create a stress-free positive discipline plan suited for their family. It contains content on what behavior is and why it happens. To decrease problem behaviors, parents should first take a deep, calming breath, and then frame their thinking around these ABCs of behavior. The session will examine antecedent strategies to reduce or prevent the problem behavior. Next, the lesson will incorporate ways to increase the behaviors we want to see by using positive discipline strategies. The ABC’s of behavior will help parents create a stress-free positive discipline plan that fits their family's needs.
